Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will not be processed until the following business day. Order processing time includes packaging and shipping.
Kyle Cavan products are custom made to order in the United States. Orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.
Kyle Cavan Signature Bracelets and Iconic Bangles take between 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Our pendants and cufflinks take between 2-4 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order sooner, please reach out to our customer service representative at email@example.com, and we can try to assist you.
It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed.
A sales representative will notify you if there are any delays—during the holiday season or during times of higher order volume—as there are cases when orders can take longer than the estimated window.
Kyle Cavan offers flat-rate shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your order and shipment tracking.
All sales are final. We do not take returns on any style. If any issues arise with your jewelry or if you are unhappy with your order – please reach out to email@example.com. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
At Kyle Cavan we pride ourselves on service. If at any time you would like to discuss repair options on any one of our products please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information, and a representative will get back to you. On a case-by-case basis, Kyle Cavan will polish (clean) or repair jewelry at no charge, and in some cases, repairs may be made at a fee depending on the work needed and the condition of the item.
