I have been waiting for the opportunity to write my review…we ordered this necklace for my daughter’s graduation gift and it arrived weeks before graduation, however upon closer inspection on the morning of graduation we realized it was the wrong necklace. I sent an email figuring we’d get it straight but there was no way she’d have it for her party. Not only did I receive an email back within an hour but then a follow up call where they sent me the correct piece overnight to a different address to ensure she had her gift. The necklace is beautiful and she loves it but that kind of customer service at a time where it doesn’t seem to be a priority for most companies sets them far above the rest! Thank you!
