After finalizing your customized piece with our designer, please allow 4 weeks for your items to ship. If revisions to the custom piece are made, timelines will adjust accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you need your piece by a specific date, please email concierge@kylecavan.com. Please note that items in your order will not ship until you have given our designer final approval on the custom design and when the custom piece is ready for shipment. 

Once you’ve completed the customization process, our designer will review and send over a more realistic preview via email. If you're happy with this version, you can finalize your decision using the customization portal. Our designer will share this portal with you via email. However, you can provide feedback through the customization portal if you want to make changes or add-ons to your design. Our designer will share a revised design, and this process will continue until you're satisfied with your custom piece. If you have not entered the customization portal shared with you via email from our designer in 10 days, you will be automatically refunded, and your order will be canceled.

Payment is captured immediately to ensure customer commitment before working with our designer on revisions for a customized piece. Please note that customized pieces are final sale. Customized pieces can only be returned or exchanged in the event of damage upon receipt or if the wrong item was received.

If you want to place a group order (over five pieces), please email our designer with any ideas or inspiration to begin the process. 

If you would like to customize your piece with an image or text that requires licensing approval, our team will be in touch with the next steps. Please note that there may be an additional fee. A fee is added to cover the costs of applying for licensing approval at the given organization or university. These licensing fees vary in price, depending on the institution.

- We only accept .jpg, .jpeg, and .png file types

- Since screenshot images reduce the resolution, it is best to save the image to your computer and then upload it.

- Check your photo's quality, clarity, focus, and composition before uploading.

- For best results, we recommend uploading a black-and-white image.

- For our Organic Petite Necklace, engraving detailed photos is not possible due to the piece's petite size. 

Creating a custom architecture piece requires a 50-unit minimum and a 50% upfront deposit. If you are still interested, please email our designer to begin the process.
